Secondary Aluminium Ingot Manufacturing

Our licensed manufacturing facilities in Johor, Malaysia produce secondary aluminium ingots.

We provide tolling service to customers who require melting of their aluminium scrap to produce base Ingots and alloy grade ingots.

We adhere to strict quality control measures throughout manufacturing, ensuring that our ingots meet the highest industry standards.

Utilizing advanced technologies and sustainable practices minimises waste and environmental impact, contributing to a more sustainable future.

Our manufacturing of secondary aluminium ingot includes the collection of aluminium scrap, sorting or cleaning of the scrap metal, melting, and casting. This process includes scrap processing starting with the transportation of collected scrap, including the physical sorting and treatment of the scrap, and recovery of the beneficial products. Once the metal is collected and treated, the aluminium is liquefied in a metal furnace. Types of furnaces used for melting are Tilting rotary and crucible. Depending on the composition and quality of the scrap, salt or gases are injected into the molten metal to remove impurities and minimize the amount of aluminium oxide allowing for higher metal recoveries and cleaner aluminium. Once contaminants are removed, depending on the customer’s requirement it may be alloyed by adding additional elements to meet the final product specification. Finally, the molten metal is cast into ingots or sows for subsequent use.

Ingots Applications:

1. Mainly used for melting ingot

2. Easy control and operation

3. Discontinuous melting with scrap

4. Fast melting

5. Used for industries.
